Meet the Baker
My name is Alexis and I run a custom cottage bakery from my home in Plano, TX! I am originally from NYC and not a baker by trade (need your taxes done, anyone?). My passion for baking turned into a side business as a happy request came from those who had received my cookies as gifts. I bake & design cakes and cookies mostly as a night job when my 4 children (ages 7, 5, 3, and 2) are sleeping. When I am not baking, you can find me spending time with my family, just living this beautiful life God gave us!
